The refined engine and air suspension make driving this car a very relaxed affair indeed, bit like sitting in a very comfy leather arm chair. It is a big brute of a car and there is no getting away from that, you do feel its size especially when it comes to parking, but the excellent parking sensors help. Fuel consumption can be a bit heavy round town but, more than acceptable on a long run. All in all what you would expect from a car like this. We will be touring Europe in ours next Summer and I expect it to make all that driving a very enjoyable experience.

A great car. Averaging 25MPG which aint bad for a huge car. It is VERY comfortable and the basic spec has everything you need. Ride is surprisingly sporty with very little roll for such a big car. Not as much roll as any landrover or Q7/X5. Off road handles well, with tons of safety features. The 3l diesel has bags of torque and you are never felt lacking for power. Feels the strongest engine out of all the cars mentioned above with the 3L. Basically i love it and would recommend to anyone.

Just sold our 2006 S, which was a great car and cheap to run, with 26k miles out of a set of tyres for instance and 27mpg. Took a bit of a hit on depreciation though. I have now just bought a new one with the PKD gearbox; a totally different drive, brilliant, better brakes, engine revs easier and makes acceleration on our country roads quicker and safer. I drove a Carrera 4s and was not impressed as much as you would think compared to the Boxster. I bought mine from Porsche Exeter and recieved again excellent customer service. I will probably buy the new model out in 2012 when we change in two years time.

Have had the Boxster now for 18 months and 11000 miles. It`s as fast as anyone would want on the roads, and handles instinctively - point and go. Traction control is brilliant when you over do it. Previously had BMW Z4, which by comparison was tail twitchy, breaking out suddenly - scary. Tiptronic box with `paddles` is excellent, but don`t expect much more than 16mpg when pushing on - 29mpg possible on motorways. Its a head turner, and not much difference in appearance from 911, particularly at front end. I usually get `itchy feet` about 18 months into owning a car, and start lusting for others, but not with this one. It makes commuting a pleasure, and the weekends fun.

Bought the Kangoo new in August 2007. I drive a 60 mile commute every day and have 26000 miles on the clock. 2 services and nothing but filter and oil changes so far. The engine has so much torque that passing on a country lane is confident and trouble free. Tight corners at speed make you a bit seasick as it wallows a lot so slow down as its not a sports car. Side-winds hardly bother the car, a fact which seems strange considering its height. I've driven it on Hungarian motorways at 90mph for hours without feeling insecure in a heavy side-wind (a Honda Accord I owned was much more sensitive, a 69 Volkswagen van used to put me in the other lane.) Since I've owned it I have averaged @50mpg and my small son loves the space in the back. Modern vehicles tend to be very claustrophobic but this is such a bright happy car with lots of room for a small family on long trips. The headlights are the best I have ever driven with in a car. Very good spread and length on low beam, extreme distance on high. I will by a new one when this one is a bit older for sure.

The redesigned 1999 Grand Cherokee shared just 127 parts with its predecessor (mostly fasteners). The spare tyre was relocated from the side of the cargo compartment to under the floor to great relief of owners. The two heavy pushrod V8 engines were replaced by Chrysler's then-new PowerTech. This engine produced thesame torque as the previous V8s, but was lighter and got much better fuel economy and provided similar on road performance figures (the 23 gallon fuel tank was replaced with one of a 20.5 gallon capacity). The Inline 6 engine was also updated in 1999. 10 horsepower (7.5 kW) was added by redesigning the intake manifold.

The interior was also completely redesigned in 1999. The redesign allowed for larger rear doors, and more space for rear passengers. Controls for various items like headlights, heated seats, and rear wiper were moved to more convenient locations. The electronic Vehicle Information center was moved from below the radio to above the windscreen, and was standard on all 2000 and up models. Limited models included automatic dual-zone climate control. A 10 CD-Changer was also available with the Infinity Audio package.

This Spanish registered 4x4 is in perfect condition inside and out, without a single scratch, scuff or blemish and has only covered 38,000 km's from new. Being the Limited model it has a very high spec including electric memory seats, sunroof, cruise control, climate control and 10 cd infinity stereo system. To find another Grand Cherokee with these low km's and in similar condition you would need to be looking at 2008 and 2009 models at around 40,000€. This Spanish used car is a bargain at 11,995€.

I'm happy to say that we own a Megane dci and since owning it we've saven loads on fuel. Just running around locally we get close to sixty to the gallon and on a run we get normally seventy point two, but this has been known to be seventy five to the gallon. For the price it's a pretty good car all round and we intend to buy another one later this year.

From the Eurovans range, the Fiat Ulysse is one of a group of large MPVs that differ in only marginal ways as they are produced as a joint venture between PSA and Fiat. All of the eurovans share mechanical and body structure. The Fiat Ulysse was named after the Roman name for Odysseus and its first generation model was superseded in 2002. Alongside the Fiat Ulysse in this group were the Citroen Evasion/Synergie, Lancia Zeta and Peugeot 806 - they were later replaced by the Citroen C8, Lancia Phedra and Peugeot 807 with only the Fiat Ulysse name retained.

Having never owned a Fiat before and following other people carriers, Chrysler etc... I have found the Ulysse excellent. Reasonably economical, very comfortable, and the safety rating is excellent. Very difficult to fault at all, servicing very reasonable. I have the SX with electric doors etc... The kids love the car. The 12.0 diesel has a lot of go in it for a big car!! Would highly recommend taking a look.

The Porsche Boxster is a mid-engined roadster built by Porsche the world's largest racecar manufacturer. The Boxster is Porsche's first road vehicle to be originally designed as a roadster since the 550 Spyder.
Production of the 986 began at the former Porsche 928 facility in Stuttgart, Germany in 1996. I bought my 1998 Boxster 2.5 - 986 Porsche through eBay as private sale. It is basic compared to my BMW convertible, which came with a lot of toys. One option I do miss is the cruise control on that long motorway drive. Remember it's a thoroughbred sports car not a soft luxury car so drive it. The engine feels strong and the body feels stiff. Controls, doors, boots etc are very German. You can even get a set of golf clubs in the back boot. When you rev over 3500rpm the sound from the exhaust is very Porsche. Have a go at doing some simple maintenance i.e. Air & pollen filters and plug. Access to the engine compartment is easy and fun also it makes you part of the car. Get the oil and oil filter done at a garage for the stamp in the book. Life is too short, it's a bloody Porsche buy one...

The Mercedes-Benz SL is a roadster manufactured by Mercedes since 1954. The designation SL derives from the German Sport Leicht, or Sport Light -- and was first applied to the 300SL 'Gullwing' named also after its gullwing or upward-opening doors.

The R129 was based on the shortened floorpan of the Mercedes-Benz W124 and featured many innovative details for the time, for instance electronically controlled damping (optional) and a hidden, automatically extending roll-over bar. The R107's rather dated rear diagonal swing axle gave way to a modern multi-link axle. The number of standard features was high, with electric action for the windows, mirrors, seats and hood.
This SL600 is an exceptional example with genuine low km's and full mercedes-benz service history, in mercedes metallic blue and complimented by black and blue hide. This is an opportunity to own one of the last of the "real" Mercedes sports cars.

I bought this car in April of 2005 and since then I've done 120,000 miles on and off of the beaten track, with no modifications other than some BFG A/T tyres. The car performs perfectly in every single aspect. It goes anywhere, pulls anything and drinks less fuel than my Discovery 3 (32mpg to be precise, bare in mind it tows and goes off road a lot, this is something I never achieved from my previous Wildtrak at 18mpg under exactly the same conditions). It is even almost as comfortable as the Discovery. I couldn't think of a better pickup for around the farm with as high a standard of build quality other than a Toyota or perhaps even the Amarok and at the end of the day that choice comes down to preference.
